Blood Root Poetry Blog

It is with great (unexpected) difficulty I must close this blog. Authors, be assured, your work shall remain here as long as Google exists. Love to you each and every one.

Ridley Flock Writes

Propped Up

I would prop you
up soft
on a pillar
or pillows

But you would
slide off
letting me down.

Snarl

Hi there, Blondie,
so cute and so clean,
a dream

Until I get up close,
your mouth sneers,
beauty made ugly
by inner nature.
